  • Managed Service – Levy. 

Since the Introduction of the Levy system PDT has seen the need to offer an all-encompassing support service effectively assisting organizations in the best use of their levy funds for staff development.

It includes -

Full staff skills matrix creation.

Skills Gap Analysis.

Job description creation or updating.

Development plan creation including succession planning if applicable (from each person up to departmental /companywide).

Process mapping of newly established development needs to current available training programs funded by the Levy system.

Design of bespoke training packages in relation to the above.

Delivery of these training programs for you within an established suitable schedule.

PDT will (once all of the previously mentioned start up is complete) then continue to assist you as long as you need us to. With a rolling arrangement like this it will enable us to continually develop new programs as they become available or indeed as changes to your business occur like the introduction of new sites / structures or roles we can repeat the processes.
